This water-based, urethane-modified acrylic primer sealer, Grabber bonding primer, offers superior adhesion to a wide range of surfaces typically challenging to adhere to. While a test-patch is advised before application due to the variety of surfaces, PVC, plastics, glass, fiberglass, glossy paints, tile, galvanized metal, aluminum, copper, lead, and tin can usually be successfully primed. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it must be top-coated with latex, alkyd, urethane, or waterborne epoxy topcoats.
